The facility is fully integrated with our China R&D center, enabling real-time synchronization of formulas, molds, and process parameters to ensure consistent quality and delivery timelines.

Equipped with complete supercritical and chemical foaming systems, the plant supports rapid prototyping and mass production. Production lines can be reconfigured to meet diverse brand demands and scale dynamically with order volumes.

By combining supercritical midsole foaming and traditional chemical sheet foaming under one roof, the facility can produce high-performance running, outdoor, and lifestyle footwear—offering a balance of performance, sustainability, and cost efficiency.

Local mold testing and prototype zones enable fast, on-site mold development and design iterations. This shortens development lead times while reducing cross-border logistics and communication costs.
